We hadn’t sold a house in literally decades and felt rather daunted by what is supposedly one of the most stressful processes in one’s life, but we really needn’t have feared it. We started by interviewing a whole range of estate agents, and Michelle’s attitude and approach immediately put her into our short-list. The next process was more rigourous, with our asking how they be dealing with the sale of our property. The proposals Michelle came up with were as professional as the “big name premium chains”, but were much more pragmatic and clearly tailored to our property. Bottom line, we selected Michelle because we felt comfortable with her. And, it must be said, it was absolutely the right decision. Michelle guided us through the whole process very smoothly, keeping us updated throughout, and, importantly, she was always there when we needed her. The fact she was cheaper than a traditional estate agent is a bonus, as it was the sheer quality and competence of her service that made the whole process as smooth and easy as it was. Quite simply, with the benefit of hindsight, getting Michelle on board was the best decision we made.

Michelle showed us a couple of flats in Horsham over 3yrs ago and sold us our first flat. Her service impressed us so much that we returned to her last year to use her services and unbeatable rate to sell the very same flat and to buy a house. We were gobsmacked that she immediately had a buyer for our flat it was more difficult to find a house. Communication was always very easy via txt, chat, email or quick call and she is always ready to help any time of the day. While shopping around for a house we also got to experience other big chain estate agents but they all turned out to lack customer care, professionalism and in particular knowledge (all about the commission and not about the client). Michelle is fab because her priority is to make sure that her clients are happy, a constant flow of communication (updates/feedback) and to give them support any time of day and she is very knowledgeable about nearly anything.
